Learn the ART of playing Defense with former NHL Defenseman Nathan Dempsey.

For Players that played BANTAM AA – PRO in the 2011- 2012 season.

August 13  to August 17 2012  – 4PM – 5:15PM

Maximum 18 skaters per group.

CAMP INCLUDES:

• 5 x 75 min on-ice sessions
• individual skill development, body checking, backward skating, pivoting, passing & shooting.
• individual defensive tactics:
• how to defend a 1 vs 1, 2 vs 1, 2 vs 2, 3 vs 2
• gap control
• agility skating
• shot blocking
• breakouts

Main instructor is former NHL defenseman Nathan Dempsey.

Others with pro & junior playing / coaching experience.
